SHIPPING POLICY
We currently offer free delivery within Malé, Hulhumalé, and Addu City.
For boat deliveries, please confirm your order at least one day in advance.
All confirmed orders will be delivered on the same day, between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, by our dedicated delivery team.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each Farmwell product is carefully handmade in small batches using natural ingredients—and we stand by the quality of every product we send out. Because of the nature of our skincare and the care that goes into each batch, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless your item arrives damaged, faulty, or defective.
In the very unlikely event that an item you receive is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact our team at info@farmwell.shop
Please quote your name, contact number, and the reason for the return or exchange.
We have a 5-day return policy from the date you receive your order. For items returned within this period, a store credit or a replacement will be issued.
Returned products must be received unopened and unused.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 3 business days, and you will be notified by email.
